At Alex Diaz Baseball Academy, we have a team of experienced coaches who are dedicated to improving the skills of our players. Our coaches work closely with each player to refine their technique, foster teamwork, and instill a love for the game.
ALEX DIAZ
HEAD COACH
Alex Diaz, an MLB veteran and the "Baseball Kids Whisperer," leads the AD Baseball Organization. Alex knows the game inside out with 20+ years in the MLB, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Seattle Mariners, San Francisco Giants, Texas Rangers, and Houston Astros. He's earned 16 semi-finals, 12 Series del Caribe, and 7 championships in Winder Ball.
Beyond his playing days, Alex spent a decade as an amateur baseball manager and 6 years as the Baseball Coordinator at the Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. His passion lies in mentoring young talent helping them reach college and pro levels. As a Batting, Infield, and Outfield Instructor, he shapes the future of baseball. DANNY TREJO

Coach Danny Trejo's Baseball World! With over 30 years of experience playing baseball and coaching 10U, 11U, 12U, and 14U AAA and Majors teams, Coach Danny Trejo is a true veteran with numerous championship wins. At Coach Danny Trejo's Baseball World, we are passionate about nurturing young talents and fostering a love for the game. Bryant Salgado
PITCHING COACH
Bryant Salgado's devotion to the sport goes beyond his career, as he enjoys mentoring the next generation of pitchers. At AD Baseball Organization, Bryant offers a unique and personalized approach to coaching, where every youth pitcher receives comprehensive training, tailored exercise regimens, and individualized improvement programs designed to elevate their performance. Drawing upon his invaluable experiences from Oregon State and the Astros, he imparts his expertise and passion for the game, instilling not only essential pitching skills but also a deep appreciation for the art of baseball. With a commitment to excellence and a keen interest in technology, Bryant utilizes cutting-edge tools to meticulously measure and enhance aspects like pitch speed, spin, accuracy, and selection, ensuring that each young athlete's journey is guided by precision and progress.
Carlos Pagan
CATCHERS COACH
Carlos Pagan, an esteemed coach passionate about developing young catchers, has left an indelible mark on baseball education. Carlos has honed his ability to craft cutting-edge catching programs with roles such as Field Coordinator and Conference Speaker for MLB Puerto Rico Youth Baseball development programs and contributions to prestigious academies like the Chavez Wilma Baseball Academy. His influence extends to AD Baseball Organization, where he imparts extensive physical training, speed, rapid response reflexes, and game strategy understanding to aspiring catchers. With 8 championship rings earned during his professional career, including standout performances with teams like the Kansas City Royals and Seattle Mariners, Carlos combines his playing experience with managerial acumen for Coliceba AAA. Off the field, he passionately advocates for youth baseball in Puerto Rico and imparts his knowledge to young players in Texas. Carlos's journey culminated with academic pursuits at Imperial Valley College (JUCO) and the University of Mobile, earning a BS degree and embodying his commitment to personal growth and the sport he holds dear.
